Shipping and Handling Policy

Orders received by 2 PM (Arizona MST) on regular business days will be shipped the same day. Orders after that time will be shipped on the next business day. We will notify you if, for some reason, books are backordered. Backorders may take three to four weeks for delivery.

We are required by law to collect sales taxes on purchases made in the state of Arizona where we are located. Appropriate Arizona state taxes will be added at checkout.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We ensure delivery only to the addresses we are given.

Returns/Cancellations

If you're not entirely satisfied with the product, you may return it for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling. To qualify for a refund, item must be in the original box and condition received. Please contact us directly to request a refund or to confirm this specific policy.
